At 1 960 m above sea level, this Geisha undergoes a groundbreaking natural process: ozono-cleaned cherries, 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation under pressure, and carefully controlled drying. The result is a bright, fruit-driven cup with layered complexity and floral precision.

Their scientific approach to fermentation and climate-controlled drying delivers clarity and elegance. Brewing Recommendations
Best enjoyed as a light roast. Pour-over methods such as V60, Chemex, or Kalita reveal its floral and citrus profile. Use water at 92–94 °C to highlight its refined acidity and long finish.
