SWEETNESS +++ BODY +++ ACIDITY +++
From the fertile highlands of Valle del Cauca, Colombia, Geisha Honey Las Margaritas is an extraordinary expression of terroir, craft, and varietal purity. Grown on the renowned Las Margaritas farm at elevations approaching 1,900 meters, this coffee thrives in rich volcanic soil, under precise environmental conditions that allow the delicate Geisha variety to flourish.
What makes this lot truly special is its honey process—a method where the coffee cherry’s mucilage is partially left on the bean during drying. This controlled technique captures the best of both natural and washed worlds, enhancing sweetness and body while preserving the elegant floral notes Geisha is known for.
Each batch is hand-harvested at peak ripeness, then slowly dried on raised beds, allowing the sugars to gently caramelize into layers of complexity. The result is a cup that is vibrant, silky, and aromatic—full of tropical fruit, florals, and soft spice.
