1854 Leysin Pink Bourbon Peach
Caramel, yellow fruits
SWEETNESS ++++ BODY ++++ ACIDITY +++
Some coffees tell a story before the first sip.
The Pink Bourbon variety from Cauca, Colombia, unfolds its exotic character through careful craftsmanship. Handpicked at peak ripeness, the cherries undergo a double fermentation with tropical yeast and thermal shock washing, a meticulous process that preserves vibrant fruit notes and elevates natural sweetness.
We’ve named this lot 1854 Leysin, after the Swiss alpine village where sunlight, altitude, and serene landscapes create harmony and precision. Like Leysin itself, this coffee is elegant, expressive, and bright, a balance of artistry and technique.
Each cup is an experience: fruity aromas and caramel notes open into flavors of yellow fruit and caramel, finishing with a long, lactic-acid sweetness and a creamy, balanced body, a true dialogue between Colombian warmth and Swiss refinement.
