Fast, Reliable Delivery with SwissPost

At Cplus, we want your coffee to arrive fresh, fast, and hassle-free. That’s why we’ve integrated SwissPost directly into our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and dependable delivery experience across Switzerland and internationally.

Shipping within Switzerland:

All local orders are shipped via SwissPost

Standard delivery: 2–3 working days

Free shipping on all orders over CHF 100

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day

International Shipping

We deliver to select countries outside Switzerland. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a SwissPost tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns Policy & Process

Our Commitment to Quality
We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every part of your Cplus experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • We accept returns on non-perishable items (e.g. brewing equipment, accessories) within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags unless there is a confirmed quality issue


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@coffeeswitzerland.ch with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
