At Cplus.coffee, we operate with a customer-first logistics framework designed to ensure fast, reliable delivery across Switzerland and international markets. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Swiss roasting facility.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)
We ship via Swiss Post Priority.
Standard delivery timeline: 1–2 business days.
Orders above CHF 100 qualify for free shipping in Switzerland.
Orders below this threshold follow the standard rate displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship globally using trusted logistic partners (Swiss Post International / DHL).
Delivery timelines vary by destination: 3–10 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, local customs, import taxes, and duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking
A tracking link is automatically sent once your order is dispatched.
Customers can monitor delivery status in real time.

Shipping Damage / Issues
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cplus.coffee. Our team will resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when applicable.

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
