C+ El Paraíso Signature is our flagship single-origin partnership with Finca El Paraíso in Cauca, Colombia. At 1 930 m elevation, Castillo and Geisha varieties are hand-picked, fermented in multiple stages, and washed with Diego Bermúdez’s pioneering thermal-shock method. Hot-and-cold water washes lock in aromatics, while low-temperature dehumidifier drying preserves delicate fruit and floral notes.

The result is an extraordinary cup: candied peach and red apple layered with jasmine, mango, and honeyed citrus. Balanced sweetness, silky body, and bright acidity make this coffee a benchmark in modern processing.
