From the Peterson family's Cañas Verdes farm in Boquete, Panama – the estate that brought the Geisha variety to Panama – comes a coffee of rare clarity. Washed to let the variety speak for itself, it opens with jasmine and coffee blossom and finishes bright and clean with lemon-lime.

We’ve named this lot 1663 La Gruyère, after the Swiss town renowned for its precision, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. The coffee mirrors La Gruyère’s harmony — delicate, bright, and precise.
