During harvest season, the native Aracari toucans naturally select and consume ripe coffee cherries, digesting the beans and contributing to a unique, eco-driven process. Once collected, cleaned, and dried, these beans deliver a fuller-bodied cup with rich caramel notes, silky texture, and exceptional balance.
