Juicy Berries is a bold expression of fruit-forward cold brew, bursting with vibrant notes of berries, lime, and white chocolate—a refreshing twist that mirrors the energy and charm of Vevey.
This journey begins on Brayan Alvear’s farm, Las Palmas, nestled in Acevedo, Huila. A blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties is harvested at peak ripeness, with each cherry hand-selected for its flavor potential.
The heart of the process is co-fermentation with fresh local fruits, a method that infuses the beans with bright acidity, caramel undertones, and rich berry complexity. The result: a lively and layered cup that shines when served cold.
Drying is done gently and precisely, under controlled conditions, to preserve the coffee’s integrity and achieve the perfect moisture balance—delivering a clean, bold, and juicy profile ideal for cold brews or chilled extractions.
With support from Forest and the Ancla processing facility, Brayan’s dedication brings you more than just a coffee—it’s a taste of Huila’s terroir and a tribute to the sun-soaked, lakeside spirit of Vevey.
